Directions to residences may be picked up in the workroom or you may call Karen at 916-688-0332 or Shirley in the office at 916-381-5200. Also, please read general instructions following the schedules.

MINISTERS:  Please be sure to check your name off list in the servers' room before 4 p.m. and 9 a.m. Masses and note when substituting for some else. FIND A REPLACEMENT IF NOT ABLE TO SERVE. Let the captain or Karen Hurskainen know about substitutions as soon as possible. Arrive at least 10 minutes before Mass. Use anti-bacterial hand-sanitizer before giving Communion.

CAPTAINS:  Call ministers during the week before they have to serve; arrive about 15 minutes before Mass, find substitute if someone does not show; lead group in prayer, fill out a post-it slip with each minister's name and attach it to each minister's pyx. fill each pyx with the number of unconsecrated hosts needed for each minister's pyx, put the pyxs on the tray, and take tray to the altar before Mass.
