CATHOLICS RETURNING HOME

Come and experience the warmth of a welcoming St. Paul Church community! Catholics Returning Home started on Thursday February 4th and continues through March 11, 2010. PARISH MISSION

Mark your calendars for March 21st. This is the date for the start of our Parish Mission. It will begin on Sunday night at 7:00pm and end with our combined Penance Service on March 24th. All are invited and encouraged to attend this Mission.

PILGRIMAGE TO
THE HOLY LAND
November 5th –14th, 2010

Fr. Vic, as Chaplain, will lead a 10 day pilgrimage to the Holy Land on November 5th to 14th this year – with an optional extension of 6 days to Egypt.

There will be no cancellation of this trip as we are going with a group from other parishes.

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT LENDING PROGRAM

The Health Ministry of St. Paul maintains a medical equipment lending program for parishioners and their families. Types of equipment available are canes, crutches, bedside commodes, shower or bath seats, transfer benches, walkers, manual wheelchairs, and more. For more information or to request equipment please call Clara Heimericks at 916-689-3932 or the rectory office at 381-5200.

LINE DANCING 

Classes on March 3rd and 17th in the parish hall.

The class instructor is Beth Velasco. Classes are available to all parishioners ages 13 and above. The cost for each class is $3. For more information call Clara @ 689-3932.

CFF INFORMATION


Children's Choir

Practice is on Saturdays at 10:30am in Classroom 2. The practice will resume on September 19th.

Free Guitar Class

Classes will be on Mondays at 6:00-7:00pm in the Old Hall. The class will start on September 10th. For more information please call Sr. Luz at 381-5200 or Hank Morrow at 682-3971.

ENGLISH CLASSES

St. Paul English classes for parishioners, whose first language is Spanish, are held on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm—8pm.  Classes and material are free. The instructor is Miguel Mejia.
